These pieces of fur made by Steiff-Schulte in Duisburg are ideal as hair for dolls. The hair is made of mohair goat hair - the animals are only shorn - the back is made of a cotton fabric that is not stretchy and is very easy to sew. The fur is suitable for teddy bears and other soft toys, but just as good for doll hair, manes, beards, ... it is durable and can be combed.
