Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

general, flat rate : 5,90 €

for orders over €85 order value w do not charge any shipping costs.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

EU:
up to 500 g = 8,90 €
from 500 g to 1 kg = 15,90 €
from 1 kg to 2 kg = 16,90 €
from 2 kg to 5 kg = 16,90 €
from 5 to 10 kg = 19,00 €
Europe - non EU:
up to 500 g = 8,90 €
from 500 g to 1 kg = 22,- €
from 1 kg to 2 kg = 24,90 €
from 2 kg to 5 kg = 32,- €
worldwide:
up to 500 g = 9,90 €
from 500 g to 1 kg = 35,- €
from 1 kg to 2 kg = 39,- €
from 2 kg to 5 kg = 48,- €


Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 30 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is from the second order onwards.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
